Dansville Accessories delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only. All orders are sent by Royal Mail.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 13:00 on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 13:00, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery estimates are given in working days from dispatch and are Royal Mail’s own estimates, not a guarantee. Royal Mail does not treat an item as lost until it is significantly delayed, so we cannot resend or refund a parcel before that point.

Please check your address carefully. We send parcels to the delivery address exactly as you enter it at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you and can resend it once the further postage is paid.

Tracking

Both services are tracked. Once your parcel is dispatched, Royal Mail tracking details are available on request — email dansville1@outlook.com quoting your order.

Something gone wrong?

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, contact us at dansville1@outlook.com and we will put it right. Your legal rights are set out in our returns and cancellations policy.
