Terms of sale

Last updated 7 September 2026

These terms govern the sale of goods by Dansville Group Ltd through dansville.co.uk. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Who we are

Dansville Group Ltd, trading as Dansville Accessories
Registered in England & Wales, company no. 17363504
Flat 2 Dutch Quarter Apartments, West Stockwell Street
Colchester, Essex, CO1 1FQ, United Kingdom
Email: dansville1@outlook.com

2. These terms are for consumers

We sell to consumers buying for personal use. If you are buying in the course of a business, contact us first — different terms apply and some of the consumer protections below will not.

3. Placing an order

Adding items to your bag is not an order. When you complete payment you are making an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send you an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil your order — for example an item has sold out — we will tell you and refund you in full.

4. Products

Each catalogue entry is sold as one individual bracelet, unless it clearly states otherwise. Photographs showing several bracelets together are styling views, not sets.

Our bracelets are made from natural and hand-finished materials. Colour, grain and bead pattern vary between pieces, and screen colours vary between devices. Slight variation from the photograph is normal and is not a fault.

5. Price and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown on the product page. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay.

Dansville Group Ltd is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on your order. Should we become VAT registered, prices displayed will include VAT at the prevailing rate.

Payment is taken by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card number. If a price is obviously wrong and we spot the error before dispatch, we will contact you and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

6. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Services, charges and dispatch times are set out in our delivery information. Goods become your responsibility once they are delivered to the address you gave us.

7. Cancellation, returns and refunds

You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, and separate rights if goods are faulty. These are set out in full in our returns and cancellations policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Otherwise, we are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.

9. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including postal disruption. If such an event occurs we will contact you, and you may cancel for a full refund if the delay is substantial.

10. Your data

We handle personal data as described in our privacy notice.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version published when you place your order is the version that applies to it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the English courts, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in your local courts.
